Oversee pre-production planning in office and at venues
Serve as the primary liaison with IOC and IPC representatives
Coordinate recruitment, management, and training of Victory Ceremonies staff and cast
Develop and implement training programs for consistent ceremony presentation
Manage the Victory Ceremonies budget and write tenders
Oversee creative elements including medals, podiums, costumes, and music
Develop operational documentation and coordinate delivery schedules
Coordinate the flag program for Victory Ceremonies
Provide Games-wide oversight of Victory Ceremonies operations
Validate and update key sport information within the LA28 Data Warehouse
Author sport updates, presentations, and reports for internal and external communication

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 7+ years of leadership experience in major international multi-sport events, or 3-4 years specifically with the Olympic and Paralympic Games
Background in live television, sports, theatre, festivals, or large-scale live productions
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working cross-functionally on project delivery
Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Proven ability to build interpersonal relationships with diplomacy
