Senior Manager of Test Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead factory execution of stable, controlled, and mistake-proofed test, screening, and reliability processes.
• Support R&D and Operations test roadmaps and CAPEX execution to ensure competitive advantage for new products.
• Drive efficiency in new product execution by challenging existing development processes and systems.
• Provide leadership to the Unit Test Engineering team, facilitating collaboration, engagement, and empowerment.
• Resolve complex development, manufacturing, and system issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Define and execute strategies for best-in-class test solutions focusing on cost, quality, and performance.
• Utilize program management methodologies to meet project scope, schedule, budget, and throughput targets.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in sustaining test solutions and supporting R&D development.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Engineering (Computer Science or Electrical).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in test engineering (semiconductor, medical, PCBA, or related electronic testing).
• At least 5 years of experience in a management role.
• Thorough knowledge of automated test equipment (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest, Eagle, TESEC).
• Expertise in Design for Test (DFT), mistake-proofing, and semiconductor testing requirements.
• Experience designing test hardware for factory solutions and device characterization boards.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical screening methodologies and reliability testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
