Senior Manager of Sustainability

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Everlane’s sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity
• Drive progress against existing commitments such as Renew, Organic Cotton, and carbon footprint reduction
• Partner with Raw Materials and Product Development to integrate lower-impact materials and processes
• Partner with factories, mills, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with environmental and social standards
• Support and evolve vendor compliance programs, including data collection and performance tracking
• Own the development of quarterly and annual sustainability reporting
• Partner with Marketing and Creative to support sustainability storytelling
• Collaborate with Workplace and Retail teams to embed sustainability practices across physical spaces
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or a related field
• Experience executing sustainability programs within supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments
• Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards
• Strong project management skills
• Comfortable speaking in large groups and with the press
• Passion for global sustainability and climate impact
