Senior Manager of Project Management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central intake and prioritization lead for all creative and brand initiatives for the Billie brand
• Develop, manage, and communicate project plans, timelines, and milestones from brief through final asset delivery
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks related to scope, resources, or timing
• Partner closely with Production to align integrated timelines, budgets, and final deliverables
• Act as the primary cross-functional liaison to ensure alignment across Growth, Product Innovation, Digital, CRM, Supply Chain, and Retail
• Oversee creative resource allocation and bandwidth planning, managing external support as needed

Requirements

• 7+ years of creative project management experience within a high-growth startup, in-house creative team, or full-service agency
• Proven experience leading integrated 360° marketing campaigns from concept through execution
• Strong understanding of creative development and production processes
• Experience managing workflows related to product development, DTC, and retail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Highly organized with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence
