Senior Manager of Production Management

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure inventory of semi-finished and complete parts
• Analyze assembly and press team downtimes and implement improvement plans
• Modify and adjust production processes and operation flows to increase productivity and quality
• Establish annual production plans based on customer requirements
• Manage department attendance, overtime, and staffing requirements
• Execute and evaluate floor environment improvement plans, including 3C and 5S
• Set up and execute corrective action plans for productivity and quality issues
• Manage new model try-out plans and follow up on results
• Supervise all production department employees during emergencies or contingencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering
• Over 10 years of production management experience in the automobile or manufacturing industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and leadership skills, especially during high-pressure periods
• Proactive planning abilities and a quality-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of robot and press operations
• Experience with process optimization in a high-volume manufacturing environment
