Senior Manager of Product Innovation & Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive innovation pipelines across shave and emerging categories, setting priorities for high-impact launches
• Own the end-to-end product development process from initial concept and briefing through formulation, testing, and final launch
• Develop product positioning, claims, and messaging in partnership with creative and cross-functional teams
• Oversee testing and compliance, including third-party efficacy testing, ingredient lists, and regulatory approvals
• Build data-driven business cases covering whitespace opportunities, pricing strategies, and margin scenarios
• Manage external partnerships with vendors, fragrance houses, and manufacturers to guide development and approvals

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product innovation, product marketing, or development within beauty, personal care, or CPG
• Deep understanding of the full product lifecycle, including formulation, testing, and compliance
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable product opportunities
• Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
• Excellent communication skills with experience building presentations for senior leadership
• Ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and multiple priorities with high attention to detail
