Senior Manager of IT

Responsibilities

• Manage company-wide IT operations, infrastructure, and the full lifecycle of network and end-user devices
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Salesforce platforms
• Own the organization's cybersecurity program aligned to NIST CSF and ensure HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 compliance
• Manage IT vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts, and budgets
• Oversee the Kipu EMR platform, clinical workflows, and telehealth technology
• Administer call center technology stacks including ACD/IVR platforms
• Develop scalable IT strategies to support company growth and acquisitions
• Oversee data and reporting infrastructure, including Power BI and analytics initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare environment
• 3+ years of IT management experience
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience
• Experience with clinical EMR administration (Kipu preferred)
• Knowledge of HIPAA Security Rule and NIST CSF
• Experience administering call center technology
• Ability to travel 15–25% for site visits
