Senior Manager of Innovation, Systems and Data

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Innovation, Systems, and Data (ISD) department.
• Directly manage and supervise a team of technical professionals, including systems administration, data analytics, and development.
• Oversee the ISD project portfolio, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and execution of system implementations and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership in the design of enterprise solutions, data architecture, and automation initiatives.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency through process optimization and improved system utilization.
• Support the development of firmwide reporting and data analytics solutions using tools like Power BI.
• Partner with professional departments to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in information systems management.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and overseeing complex technology initiatives.
• Experience working with enterprise systems and integrations in a professional services environment (law firm experience strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in APIs, integrations, and ETL processes.
• Expertise in Power BI and data analytics.
• Strong business process engineering and process improvement skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
