Gather is a global ministry igniting a movement of revival through large-scale events, discipleship initiatives, and digital storytelling. Led by Jennie Allen, Gather is pursuing a bold vision to gather 1 billion people by 2033 and mobilize a worldwide movement of gospel transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the project management lead across multiple concurrent Gather events, managing timelines, task lists, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain detailed run-of-show documents, production schedules, and critical-path timelines.
  • Act as the connective tissue between the Events team and departments such as Program, Production, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external production partners and vendors including venues, AV, and security.
  • Maintain detailed event budgets and expense tracking in partnership with the Director of Finance.
  • Lead or support on-site event operations to ensure execution matches planning.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in event operations, production, or project management.
  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale events simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to track complex moving parts.
  • Proficiency with project management and tracking tools like spreadsheets and shared docs.
  • Strong financial acumen for tracking budgets and vendor contracts.
  • Deep alignment with Gather's mission and values.
  • A personal, thriving relationship with Jesus Christ.
