Senior Manager of Ecommerce Merchandising

Responsibilities

• Own homepage merchandising strategy, including seasonal storytelling, collection curation, and promotional placement
• Lead category merchandising by translating buy plans into site-level product sequencing and navigation strategies
• Manage search and filter strategy, including taxonomy and product discovery tools
• Drive promotional planning in partnership with finance and merchandise planning
• Define content and product storytelling strategy for the ecommerce channel
• Serve as the ecommerce voice in assortment reviews and buy planning sessions
• Utilize site performance data and customer behavior analytics to drive merchandising improvements
• Manage and develop the Ecom Merchant and Assistant Digital Merchant

Requirements

• 6-8 years of related work experience in ecommerce merchandising, digital buying, or a closely related commercial function
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce merchandising tools and content management systems
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience
• Shopify experience
• Experience working within or alongside a retail planning and buying organization
• Familiarity with assortment planning frameworks and open-to-buy concepts
• Experience leading recruiting and talent management initiatives
