Senior Manager of Corporate Development and Enablement

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of internal and external company presentations, including board materials, pitches, and critical reports.
• Manage the weekly company leadership team meeting, including agenda setting and tracking action items.
• Coordinate major external partnerships by managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support the establishment of vendor relationships by managing SOWs, MSAs, and legal agreement processes.
• Oversee lab operations and space requirements, including real estate and equipment sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market research with customers to build and inform product strategies.
• Support broader strategic decision-making regarding corporate and partnership strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a strategy or strategic consulting role.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the life sciences industry.
• Ability to distill complex insights from multiple scientific sources into actionable conclusions.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create high-quality communications in various formats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in R&D strategy or working within an R&D environment.
• Proven experience in product strategy or market research.
• PhD in a technical field.
