Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a specific industry vertical with end-to-end accountability for delivery and outcomes
• Manage large-scale operations consisting of 100+ associates, ensuring high performance, quality, and productivity
• Own BAU delivery, incremental enhancements, and program-level execution while managing product health metrics and operational KPIs
• Drive operational control frameworks to ensure governance, compliance, and performance tracking
• Identify operational gaps and translate them into actionable solutions through process improvements or product enhancements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Data Science, and Product teams to execute growth strategies and process redesigns
• Drive training, upskilling, and organizational readiness to adapt to changing business requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Operations Management
• Proven experience in large-scale program leadership and managing large teams
• Expertise in process optimization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
