About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead new equipment and modernization operations for the Seattle territory
- Manage sales, field management, customer satisfaction, and project execution
- Drive business plans, financial performance, and territory initiatives
- Oversee budgets, billing, expenditures, and asset management
- Provide technical direction, support large bids, and resolve critical customer issues
- Ensure safety, quality, compliance, and strong installation performance
- Coach, train, and develop a high-performing operations team
Requirements
- 5+ years of elevator industry management experience
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education/experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a technical environment with Microsoft-based software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
- Strong leadership, organization, time management, and self-motivation
- Knowledge of and commitment to EH&S policies and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience meeting financial goals and objectives
- Background in the elevator industry or another service-oriented business
- Experience partnering with construction teams, superintendents, and labor relations
- Strong understanding of product application, service techniques, and financial statements
