Senior Manager, New Equipment & Modernization

Responsibilities

• Lead new equipment and modernization operations for the Seattle territory
• Manage sales, field management, customer satisfaction, and project execution
• Drive business plans, financial performance, and territory initiatives
• Oversee budgets, billing, expenditures, and asset management
• Provide technical direction, support large bids, and resolve critical customer issues
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance, and strong installation performance
• Coach, train, and develop a high-performing operations team

Requirements

• 5+ years of elevator industry management experience
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education/experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a technical environment with Microsoft-based software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
• Strong leadership, organization, time management, and self-motivation
• Knowledge of and commitment to EH&S policies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience meeting financial goals and objectives
• Background in the elevator industry or another service-oriented business
• Experience partnering with construction teams, superintendents, and labor relations
• Strong understanding of product application, service techniques, and financial statements
