Senior Manager Network Planning

Responsibilities

• Plan FlixBus lines in collaboration with business partners, revenue management, and local teams to develop the India network
• Coordinate line portfolio interactions with other teams to ensure smooth processes for line starts and operational requests
• Design a robust and scalable bus network that meets profitability targets by analyzing costs and revenues
• Conduct quantitative analysis on various data sets to derive informed decisions and network strategies
• Present ideas and figures in an informative way to update stakeholders and team members
• Mentor and train Interns and Junior Network Planners

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in project management, network planning, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and modeling skills to solve complex problems
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams to foster collaboration and accountability
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both face-to-face and remote environments
• Based in Gurugram with the ability to travel to other offices as needed

• Socio-geographical knowledge of the transport market in India
