Senior Manager Network Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of technical writers and business analysts to foster operational excellence
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of network program documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Develop and enforce departmental procedures and internal controls to maintain strict governance
• Lead the network release communication and approval strategy across multiple stakeholder groups
• Champion the evolution of documentation software and implement automation to streamline workflows
• Partner with subject matter experts to refine content and standardize documentation templates

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• 6+ years of experience in payment network operations
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement or workflow optimization
• 3+ years of people leadership and performance management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Project Management Certification (PMP)
• Process improvement certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
• Proven experience with modern documentation software and automation tools for quality assurance
