Senior Manager - Mobile Private Networks

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Lead the delivery of management consulting projects and innovation transformation programs for global clients.
• Drive 5G network strategy, business modeling, and operating model design.
• Identify, prioritize, and monetize use cases for Private Network deployment across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Manage Private Network rollout planning, including capacity dimensioning, design, deployment, and operations.
• Support global sales teams by identifying opportunities and drafting expert domain proposals.
• Act as a technical SME for IT/OT convergence initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure industry best practices.
• Develop assets, methodologies, and white papers to build the practice and support the larger community.

Requirements

• 14-16 years of relevant professional experience in the telecommunications or ICT domain.
• Deep expertise in building 5G network strategies and business modeling.
• Proven experience in Private Network deployment, including rollout planning and lifecycle management.
• In-depth knowledge of wireless technologies such as LTE, 5G, WiFi 5/6, SD-WAN, and MPLS.
• Strong understanding of 3GPP, ETSI, and O-RAN specifications.
• Experience managing multi-vendor and multi-technology ecosystem projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into business requirements and functional process flows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of EPC/5G Core, Edge cloud, Multi-access Edge Computing (MEC), NFV, and SDN.
• Knowledge of Network Analytics and AI-based Service Assurance use cases.
• Familiarity with IT-OT environments, including SCADA, PLC, sensors, and industrial robotics.
• Experience in roles such as Functional Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
