Senior Manager, Merchandising Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the enterprise-wide merchandising operations operating model, including seasonal and test-and-react workflows.
• Establish and govern operational calendars, milestones, and decision frameworks to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Manage a globally distributed organization with teams located in New York and India.
• Partner with Technology to define systems requirements and influence platform roadmaps for tools like PLM and workflow automation.
• Ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of samples and bulk products aligned with assortment strategies.
• Oversee operational KPIs including calendar adherence, WIP aging, and vendor performance.
• Drive cost-saving and efficiency initiatives across production, freight timing, and workflow optimization.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership in Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Design, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Merchandising Operations, Production, or Supply Chain within high-volume, multi-channel organizations.
• Proven success leading global, cross-functional teams at an enterprise scale.
• Experience managing international operations, specifically including hubs in India and/or Asia.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PLM systems.
• Strong ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and organizational change.

• Demonstrated track record of digital transformation and systems enablement.
