About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver regional product assortments and segmentation plans
  • Align planning processes with sales, marketing, and global product teams
  • Drive profitable growth, revenue, and market share across the APAC region
  • Manage SKU assortment priorities, financial guidelines, and channel synergies
  • Analyze market, shopper, and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities
  • Support pricing recommendations and analyze account distribution
  • Serve as the channel and customer voice during new product development and launch strategy
  • Partner with Ops and Data Analytics to report sell-through data and create action plans
  • Lead and coach a high-performing commercial team to achieve organizational goals

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial and merchandising responsibility, assortment planning, and channel management
  • 5+ years of leadership team experience and regional merchandising strategy development
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in diverse APAC markets
  • Experience in fashion apparel, footwear, sporting goods, or consumer goods industries
  • Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments
  • Native fluency in English
  • University degree (BA or BS) in a related field or equivalent education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working across both offline and online retail channels
  • Expertise in category management and shopper marketing
