About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the integrated Medical Information and Clinical Evaluation functions for the Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health operating units.
- Define and execute a multi-year evidence strategy roadmap to strengthen clinical and regulatory decision-making.
- Build a governed evidence-to-content lifecycle to standardize inputs for clinical evaluation deliverables and scientific responses.
- Lead, coach, and develop integrated teams, including hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
- Advance technology-enabled excellence by deploying analytics and AI tools to enhance literature surveillance and evidence synthesis.
- Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, and Commercial leaders to align on evidence strategy and resourcing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in clinical research, medical information, clinical evaluation, or medical writing, plus 5+ years of People Management experience.
- OR an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience plus 5+ years of People Management experience.
- Proven experience in clinical research, medical information, or clinical evaluation.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 14155, ISO 14971, or EU MDR.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences or medicine (e.g., MS, MD, PharmD, PhD).
- Experience interpreting complex evidence to shape medical/scientific positions for physician audiences.
- Knowledge of Neuromodulation or Pelvic Health therapies and technologies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to solve complex problems involving multiple technical tradeoffs.
