Senior Manager - Medical Affairs

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary scientific face of the organization to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and physicians.
• Identify, map, and profile thought leaders within specific geographies and therapeutic areas.
• Execute strategic medical affairs plans, including medical education, product education, and advisory boards.
• Deliver scientific presentations and conduct peer-to-peer discussions with HCPs regarding dermatological products and treatment trends.
• Convert insights from KOLs regarding disease trends and treatment patterns into actionable solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, regulatory) to support organizational requirements and medical training.
• Devise and implement optimal training plans to ensure the flow of latest medical developments to sales and marketing teams.
• Conduct medical evaluations of new products through desk research and KOL interactions.

Requirements

• Registered Medical Doctor with post-graduation.
• Up to 8 years of experience in medical affairs within a reputed pharmaceutical organization.
• Proven experience in driving innovator products in dermatology, oncology, or diabetes.
• Strong scientific acumen and the ability to deliver training to both medical and non-medical audiences.
• Strategic mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for external interactions and medical events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategizing and driving evidence generation projects.
• Experience working within complex business environments.
