Senior Manager – Media Sales & Advertising Sales

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve annual revenue targets from advertising, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships
• Drive sales across webinars, roundtables, industry reports, newsletters, and branded content
• Identify new revenue opportunities and create scalable monetization strategies
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and networking
• Develop long-term relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and marketing leaders
• Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account expansion
• Provide market insights on emerging advertising trends and partnership models

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or Media Studies
• 9–10 years of experience in Media Sales, Advertising Sales, or Brand Partnerships
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets
• Strong network within advertising agencies and enterprise marketing teams
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills
• Strong commercial acumen for structuring complex partnership deals

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Background in media houses, digital publishers, or advertising agencies
