Senior Manager - Materials

Responsibilities

• Provide global strategic direction, process definition, and integrated tools for Demand Management, Purchasing, Logistics, and Inventory Control
• Lead corporate inventory forecasting and reporting efforts in collaboration with Regional Material Leaders
• Prioritize and ensure the completion of global IT projects for the Supply Chain Organization
• Develop long-term strategies and roadmaps for supply chain operations
• Partner with Site Material Leaders to implement performance metrics that drive accountability and operational excellence
• Develop standardized Supply Chain tools, processes, and training for manufacturing operations
• Lead and develop team members through coaching, succession planning, and performance management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 8+ years of related experience in materials management or supply chain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, global environment
