Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor for speaker bureau operations, management, and program logistics
• Develop and deliver regular communications with brand teams regarding speaker program activity and spend
• Support development and execution of peer-to-peer strategy and content creation
• Manage planning and development of annual speaker bureau training seminars
• Partner with Compliance to ensure accurate transparency reporting and adherence to policies
• Manage all aspects of the promotional material review process to ensure regulatory compliance
• Serve as a strategic partner with medical, legal, and regulatory review teams
• Manage integration across Veeva platforms, including PromoMats-CRM connections
• Lead print and fulfillment processes for digital and print promotional materials
• Assist marketing team with budget and contract management activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company
• 1+ years in Marketing Operations and/or project management roles
• Experience managing external vendors and performance expectations
• Strong project management and operational efficiency skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Vault
• Experience working with an external speakers’ bureau
