Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing operations and agency partnerships to drive consistency in planning and execution for the Coffee Operating Unit
• Lead agency relationship management, including strategy for ecosystem optimization, RFPs, and performance reviews
• Define brand-specific agency needs and develop portfolio agency scopes in partnership with Brand, Omni, Media, and PR teams
• Lead agency scope development, fee negotiations, and continuous improvement to maximize value and transparency
• Optimize agency ways of working and communication processes to drive efficiency and reduce agency burn
• Track agency performance and resource utilization to identify risks and cost mitigation opportunities
• Influence internal and external stakeholders at executive levels to drive strategic alignment and resolve conflicts
• Lead portfolio strategic initiatives and special projects as identified by leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive marketing or agency experience
• Proven track record of leading multi-year, multi-million dollar negotiations
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to synthesize data and deliver informed recommendations
• Extensive experience in project management within a marketing environment
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and agency relationship management
• Ability to influence and gain alignment at executive levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Experience in the CPG or beverage industry
• Experience working within a Fortune 500 corporation
