Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

• Own governance, documentation, and operational health for core marketing systems, including Marketo and adjacent GTM tools
• Identify and reduce technical debt across marketing-owned systems, integrations, and workflows
• Build and manage a Marketing Ops systems and automation roadmap
• Establish operating standards for marketing systems and workflow requests
• Partner across Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to clarify ownership and handoffs for shared GTM workflows
• Triage systems and workflow issues and coordinate resolution
• Identify high-friction manual workflows for simplification or AI-assisted automation
• Create and maintain enablement materials and documentation
• Support adoption of AI-assisted workflows across Marketing Ops

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Systems, or Revenue Operations
• Deep hands-on experience with Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and common GTM systems
• Proven experience in marketing systems governance and workflow design
• Experience with GTM automation tools such as Glean, Clay, ZoomInfo, or Workato
• Practical experience using automation and/or AI tools to improve workflows
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills
