About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of seasonal employee engagement campaigns, including segmentation, channel mix, and messaging.
  • Manage open enrollment marketing collateral to ensure all materials are clear, compelling, and delivered on time for Employer clients.
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies for innovation initiatives and emerging business priorities.
  • Manage email development and deployment using the enterprise Adobe platform.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing Operations to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI, translating insights into actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Provide regular updates and monthly reporting on campaign initiatives to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2C marketing experience with a focus on driving consumer engagement.
  • Proven experience in developing, executing, and measuring email campaigns.
  • Experience in developing print collateral such as flyers and brochures.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
  • Ability to execute initiatives under tight timelines within a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to measure campaign performance and ROI.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-channel campaign experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, financial services/fintech, or benefits-related industries.
  • Experience with systems such as Workfront, Smartsheets, or Adobe.
  • Experience marketing to Employer audiences.
  • Experience operating in highly regulated environments.
