Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics & Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the design, build, and management of centralized marketing data infrastructure including Snowflake, dbt, and Looker
• Define and maintain canonical KPI frameworks such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV:CAC
• Ensure accurate marketing tracking and attribution across paid and owned channels via GTM, CAPI, and pixel governance
• Develop forecasting models and budget scenario analyses
• Lead incrementality testing programs including geo holdout tests and A/B testing
• Deliver executive marketing summary reports and automated channel-level reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing analytics or marketing operations experience
• 2+ years of direct ownership of Snowflake and BI tools (Looker preferred)
• Proficiency with dbt for data modeling and transformation
• Deep understanding of digital marketing measurement (Google Ads, Meta CAPI, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with data ingestion tools like Fivetran or Airbyte
• Strong proficiency in SQL; Python and LookML are highly preferred
• Experience presenting to VP or C-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-brand or multi-BU environment
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or high-CPC/compliance-oriented verticals
