Senior Manager, Marketing AI Operations

Responsibilities

• Own Marketing's Agent Center of Excellence, driving the end-to-end strategy for agentic workflows and tool evaluation.
• Co-design and ship AI agents using Airtable, Hyperagent, Claude, and other LLMs to automate repeatable marketing tasks.
• Manage and maintain the agent fleet as production infrastructure, ensuring versioning and measurable output.
• Lead and grow a team of technical individual contributors responsible for MarTech, Marketing Ops, and campaign management.
• Evolve Marketing Operations into an AI-native system that supports predictable pipeline and clean lead management.
• Define and govern the marketing technology stack with a focus on consolidation and AI-native tooling.
• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives that require deep context across marketing strategy, operations, and data.

Requirements

• Proven experience personally building and shipping AI agents or automated workflows.
• Deep understanding of the marketing engine, including demand generation, lifecycle, and campaign/lead operations.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, data models, APIs, integrations, and light scripting.
• Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalent.
• Experience managing technical individual contributors and scoping complex technical work.
• Background leading Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
