Senior Manager, Marketing Acquisition Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development and execution of the Marketing Acquisition Strategy in Canada for Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending products.
• Plan, deploy, and measure marketing and communication strategies to achieve customer acquisition targets.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across channels including email marketing, targeted advertising, sales promotions, direct mail, and branch marketing.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Engagement Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Retail Customer Growth teams to deliver end-to-end campaigns.
• Champion collaboration between key stakeholders including Business Lines, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Build and lead a high-performance team by fostering an inclusive work environment and managing succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in marketing, CRM, loyalty marketing, and/or account management.
• Proven experience working effectively within a matrix organization.
