Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the global execution of programs for manufacturing automation, process digitalization, and enterprise manufacturing standards.
• Own technical planning, execution integrity, capital justification, and operational readiness for scalable manufacturing capabilities.
• Bridge business strategy with manufacturing operations, supply chain, finance, IT/OT, and site leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deploy strategic automation solutions and develop digital twins of critical manufacturing systems.
• Establish manufacturing standards to guide process selection, equipment specifications, and capital investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering leadership experience in a complex industrial environment.
• Proven experience leading automation, capital equipment, or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical and cross-functional project teams.
• Experience developing equipment specifications, process requirements, validation plans, and project acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with automation suppliers, system integrators, and machine builders.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing process capability, reliability, throughput, and quality systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, including MES, SCADA, PLC/control systems, and digital twins.
• Experience supporting SIOP, capacity modeling, or manufacturing network planning.
• Experience leading global or multi-site manufacturing engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies.
