Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality semiconductor tools
• Establish work order scheduling and monitor team performance metrics to achieve production targets
• Lead and implement LEAN improvement projects to drive efficiency and cost savings
• Partner with Engineering on non-conformance investigations and corrective actions
• Manage a team of supervisors, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews
• Facilitate productivity, safety, quality, and cost improvement programs
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, discipline, and housekeeping standards

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing managerial experience in a capital tool assembly and testing environment
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles
• Proven leadership and team motivation abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
