Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end final assembly operations for enterprise hardware products across multiple manufacturing sites
• Drive production readiness for new product introductions (NPI)
• Manage functional, system-level, and burn-in test operations to ensure quality standards
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) processes for quality issues
• Lead and develop a multi-site manufacturing operations organization including managers and engineers
• Interface with contract manufacturing (CM/OEM/ODM) partners to drive accountability
• Define and own manufacturing operations KPI frameworks including OEE and throughput
• Drive 3–5 year manufacturing operations strategy and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of management experience in datacenter operations, high volume manufacturing, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 8+ years of people leadership experience managing multi-level organizations
• Deep technical knowledge of server, storage, and network hardware architectures
• Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP/MRP systems
• Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma programs
• Experience managing contract manufacturing (CM/OEM/ODM) relationships
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting to VP/SVP-level leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, MBA, or Operations Management
• Experience with ML/AI accelerator hardware (GPU servers, custom silicon)
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification
• Experience driving Industry 4.0 and smart factory initiatives
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
