Senior Manager Manufacturing Finance

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for the site
• Coordinate and manage the annual budget and monthly forecast processes
• Develop and maintain product costing models and standards
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and variances
• Provide financial support and advice to site management and operations teams regarding business decisions
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and external audits
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support strategic initiatives and operational profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 7 years of relevant professional experience
• 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience specifically in manufacturing accounting or finance
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI tools
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial analysis
• CPA, CMA, or similar professional designation
