Senior Manager, Manufacturing Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing processes for the site and ensure compliance with financial controls
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Coordinate and manage strategic planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes
• Develop and maintain product costing models and standards
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and variances
• Provide financial support and strategic advice to site management and operations teams
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 7 years of relevant professional experience
• 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree with CPA, CMA, or similar professional designation
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Analysis for Office) and advanced Excel skills
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial analysis
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
