Senior Manager, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and efficiency
• Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and R&D to optimize production flow and support new product introductions
• Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and frontline teams to build a culture of accountability
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, ISO, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Establish and monitor production KPIs using data and dashboards to drive performance improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
• 8–10+ years of manufacturing experience
• 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven experience leading production teams in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Administration
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• APICS CPIM certification
• PMP Project Management certification
• Experience with automation, digital manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 technologies
