Senior Manager/Manager Production

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day functions of the production department to support corporate objectives and employee development
• Establish and implement world-class production approaches and industry-leading practices
• Build production plans that align with assortment and business growth strategies
• Develop high-quality products against defined standards while maintaining the Creative Design vision
• Negotiate production lead-times and margins to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
• Ensure seamless execution of timely and high-quality product delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in apparel production
• Expertise in product component timeline management and costing negotiation
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional business partners
• Strong commitment to quality and delivering results that add value to the business
• Ability to apply leadership principles and company values in a high-performance culture
