Senior Manager/Manager, Platform Growth and Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in reviewing market performance and driving initiatives to grow the online platform business across all markets.
• Drive user and driver retention and activeness through incentives, tactical pricing changes, and order allocation.
• Establish frameworks, processes, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Define and articulate business requirements to drive marketplace product and capability enhancements.
• Manage the online platform budget for all markets and maximize the ROI of implemented campaigns.
• Mentor and guide team members to support their personal and career development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and city operations teams on various business initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations with frequent use of analytics or data.
• 2+ years of experience in team management.
• Proven experience working with, analyzing, and presenting findings from large data sets.
• Strong track record of effective stakeholder and project management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to make strategic tradeoffs.
• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural and functional teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Experience working within an online marketplace or platform business model.
