Senior Manager/Manager, People & Culture Enablement

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the People & Culture vision and roadmap to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy
• Lead enterprise-wide planning, including the identification, prioritization, and resourcing of divisional work
• Project manage division-wide and corporate-impact P&C initiatives from planning through implementation
• Assess P&C performance against strategic objectives and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Deliver clear, business-driven communications to ensure divisional clarity on priorities and outcomes
• Partner with the P&C Business Support team to align on priorities, timelines, and investments
• Solve complex, cross-functional problems using operational rigor and sound judgment

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture operational role
• Strong experience in Project Management
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• Commitment to quality and delivering results that add value to the business

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
