Responsibilities

• Establish an integrated internal communications strategy to engage, inform, and inspire employees across all audiences
• Connect employees to leadership vision, business objectives, and results
• Manage internal communications platforms and deliver content regarding business programs and change management
• Promote engagement by recognizing wins and uniting the team around company initiatives
• Communicate organizational change with empathy to foster resilience and flexibility
• Ensure all communications reflect business objectives and embody the "Everyday Luxury" brand

Requirements

• Proven, best-in-class communications skills and experience
• Ability to design strategic plans and set clear objectives that inspire teams
• Experience collaborating strategically with cross-functional partners
• Deep understanding of and commitment to the industry
• Relevant certifications or education in communications
