Senior Manager Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall module machine stability and competent technician management within semiconductor manufacturing
• Oversee the execution of equipment scheduled maintenance to ensure timely and comprehensive completion
• Manage maintenance costs to sustain equipment at peak performance levels
• Lead machine innovation and improvement projects, such as Perfect Tool Setup, to drive equipment efficiency
• Investigate and implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive equipment breakdowns
• Coordinate Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systematic activities
• Manage equipment lifecycle, vendor relations, and capital planning
• Support maintenance engineering and the ramp-up of new technologies, products, and processes
• Coordinate Safety, Health, and Environment activities, including OSHAS18000 and EMS ISO14000 audits

Requirements

• Degree, Master, or PhD in Engineering
• 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment or maintenance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role
• Strong background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in systematic problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fishbone)
• Proven experience in equipment lifecycle management and capital planning
