Senior Manager, Machine Learning

Responsibilities

• Use advanced analytical algorithms, including machine learning and deep learning, to analyze large structured and unstructured datasets
• Design and construct new processes for data modeling to drive business insights and improve customer experience
• Develop predictive models and leverage big data technology to deliver smarter business decisions
• Collaborate with product teams and data professionals to optimize, refine, and scale analytics solutions
• Conduct large-scale analysis to discover patterns and trends, providing strategic recommendations to business leaders
• Develop prediction systems and investigate innovative technologies to address complex business problems
• Implement data-driven decision-making and business planning in alignment with the product roadmap

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience or certification in a related field of study
• Strong programming proficiency in Python or SAS
• Proficiency in SQL and Big Data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
• Experience with automation and scheduling of data pipelines for end-to-end scoring solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cloud-based modeling environments (e.g., AWS SageMaker, AzureML)
• Experience developing customer discretionary pricing optimization models
