Senior Manager, M&A Integration & Strategic Programs

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of program and integration strategy, providing thought leadership on broader organizational projects
• Drive the end-to-end deal integration process for acquired companies and high-complexity programs
• Coordinate and direct the activities of cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness
• Manage top executive stakeholders and maintain excellence across program meetings
• Monitor program status to identify issues and risks, collaborating with stakeholders for timely resolution
• Update team playbooks and best practices based on documented learnings
• Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and accelerate program delivery

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or corporate development
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A integration or complex cross-functional initiatives
• Exceptional written and oral communication and collaboration skills
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts across various technologies and domains
• Experience using AI tools or automation to streamline operational processes
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical expertise in enterprise software or B2B SaaS industry
• Previous high-growth operations or startup experience
