About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute acquisition integration strategies to ensure seamless transitions for large-scale acquisitions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to orchestrate impactful integration planning throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and negotiate complex trade-offs.
- Drive the development and delivery of tailored change management programs to accelerate business productivity.
- Provide transparency into program performance through regular updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Apply critical thinking to proactively challenge assumptions and enable agile decision-making.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in consulting, corporate development, or a similar domain leading complex, large-scale programs.
- Proven experience in the planning, design, and implementation of cross-functional business efforts.
- Strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle and SaaS business models (Go-to-Market, Product, and Operations).
- Ability to manage through ambiguity and lead high-stakes projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics for senior leadership.
- Strong project and program management skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Salesforce organization and product knowledge.
- Experience managing teams and stakeholders across diverse geographies and time zones.
