Senior Manager, Long-Term Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a structured monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the US market
• Own the long-term view (16–52 weeks) of end-to-end plans and collaborate with Network, Demand, and Fulfillment teams
• Set up a framework to ensure alignment on long-term network strategy across North American markets
• Act as the primary cross-functional liaison to identify and resolve long-range supply chain constraints
• Partner with the Canadian S&OP team to adapt best practices for the US market
• Define and track KPIs for long-term planning accuracy, including inventory health and capacity utilization
• Support planning tooling strategy by defining business requirements for transitioning from manual tools to an Advanced Planning System

• Technically savvy regarding planning system architecture (APS/ERP)

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, or Network/Operations Strategy
• Experience facilitating S&OP/IBP cycles and executive presentations
• Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., OMP, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets automation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
