Senior Manager Logistics Process Integration

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital deployment of logistics capabilities and continuous improvement in transportation and warehousing.
• Drive digital and AI integration programs across strategic logistics processes, including change management and business application implementations.
• Manage cross-functional program and project teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope development, and risk management.
• Partner with Global Supply Chain (GSC) leaders to deliver sustainable, effective solutions and mentor junior process leaders.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and functional teams to ensure consistent execution and best-in-class capability maturity.
• Leverage digital tools and emerging technologies (AI, automation) to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Manage UAT strategy and execute cutover strategies for system go-lives.
• Interface with internal and external partners (3PL, CMOs) to align on distribution optimization.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in supply chain, logistics management, technical field (biotechnology, engineering, etc.), or data science.
• 5+ years of experience in Logistics Management, including Transportation Management and 3PL Management.
• 3+ years of experience working with SAP.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and principles.
• Understanding of global logistics processes and digital solution integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Advanced certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CSCP/CPIM).
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black belt or equivalent).
• Experience with enterprise SAP implementations or Quickbase.
• Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning systems.
