Senior Manager, Logistics

Form Energy is an American manufacturing and energy technology company revolutionizing energy storage with cost-effective, multi-day technology designed to keep the electric grid secure and reliable. We are scaling up battery manufacturing at our first high-volume facility in West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end logistics strategy and roadmaps to minimize cost and maximize reliability
• Define and optimize global transportation network design, including carrier mix and modal strategy
• Build and manage a high-performing carrier and broker network
• Establish carrier selection and performance management frameworks using KPIs and scorecards
• Design and execute RFQs to drive competitive sourcing
• Develop total landed cost modeling and scenario analysis
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and mitigate risk
• Implement and integrate transportation management systems (TMS)
• Ensure regulatory and trade compliance, including dangerous goods and customs documentation
• Conduct regular carrier invoice audits

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Experience at a high-volume manufacturer is a plus
• Broad knowledge of packaging, transport, and trade compliance regulations
• Experience creating RFQs and selecting carriers
• Quantitative and data-driven decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or a relevant discipline
