Senior Manager, Learning & Development

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and delivery of scalable leadership programs across all levels, utilizing workshops, virtual learning, and eLearning solutions.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to translate organizational priorities into targeted development initiatives.
• Measure program ROI and refine initiatives based on data insights to improve engagement, retention, and performance.
• Own the full lifecycle of learning programs, from needs assessment through design, deployment, and optimization.
• Enable leaders to navigate organizational change and strengthen high-performance culture through strategic interventions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling leadership development programs.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of adult learning theory and modern learning practices.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working within global or matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with learning platforms such as LMS or LXP.
• Professional coaching certification.
• Strong data-driven program measurement skills.
