Senior Manager, Learning & Capability Development

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital learning ecosystem and drive the adoption of enterprise learning platforms and tools
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into scalable learning strategies
• Design digital and blended learning journeys that combine internal content, external resources, and experiential learning
• Oversee the development of practical, business-relevant learning solutions using adult learning principles
• Monitor learning engagement and use capability data to continuously improve curriculum effectiveness
• Collaborate with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to align learning with enterprise priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• 7–10 years of experience in learning strategy, curriculum design, and capability development
• Proven expertise in digital learning design and blended learning approaches
• Experience building capability solutions for business functions such as sales, marketing, or commercial teams
• Strong ability to diagnose skill gaps and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Demonstrated project leadership and design thinking capabilities
