Senior Manager, Large Customer Sales

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers
• Recruit and retain top talent while managing resources efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Enablement, Measurement, Insights, and Creative Strategy
• Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets
• Generate revenue growth by expanding partnerships with large global brands
• Cultivate key C-level client and agency relationships
• Craft and execute strategies to exceed revenue targets
• Advise sales leadership and product management on market opportunities

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in digital media sales or marketing
• 3+ years of people management experience within sales
• Expertise in digital media with an emphasis on paid social
• Experience navigating complex organizations and engaging executive-level retail stakeholders
• Experience with direct advertiser sales, negotiations, and strategic partnerships
• Experience with both brand and direct-response marketing objectives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
