Senior Manager, Large Customer Sales (Entertainment)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers within the Entertainment vertical
• Recruit, retain, and develop top talent while managing resources efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, and Creative Strategy
• Drive revenue growth by expanding partnerships with major global brands and agencies
• Cultivate C-level client and agency relationships
• Develop and execute business strategies to exceed revenue targets
• Advise leadership on market opportunities and product positioning

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in digital media sales or marketing
• 3+ years of people management experience in a sales environment
• Expertise in digital media with a focus on paid social
• Proven track record of mentoring and fostering career growth
• Experience engaging with executive-level Entertainment stakeholders
• Experience with direct advertiser sales, negotiations, and strategic partnerships
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with both brand and direct-response marketing objectives
